Operasyon ng SC, suspendido sa December 29, January 2

MANILA, Philippines- Inanunsyo ng Supreme Court nitong Miyerkules na lahat ng court activities ay sususpindehin sa hapon ng December 29, 2022 sa lahat ng lebel bilang paghahanda para sa Bagong Taon.

Inihayag din ng Korte na lahat ng court activities sa lahat ng lebel ay suspendido sa January 2, 2023 matapos itong ideklarang non-working holiday.

Sa memorandum order, sinabi ng Korte na suspendido ang lahat ng court activities mula alas-12 ng tanghali sa lahat ng lebel “to allow court personnel, parties, and litigants the opportunity to attend to personal engagements.”

Subalit, inilahad ng Korte na hindi nito saklaw ang court personnel na kailangang magproseso ng piyansa, orders ng release o iba pang writs of liberty, mga kailangang magsilbi ng protection orders, o mga may mahalagang bagay na dapat asikasuhin.

“Amid the frenetic pace of the holiday season, do make sure to carve out some time for yourself and prioritize self-care. Practice kindness at all times, especially to yourself,” ayon sa Korte.

Sinabi rin nito na manunumbalik ang operasyon ng lahat ng korte sa January 3, 2023. RNT/SA
