Imbestigasyon sa kidnapping, pagnanakaw iniutos ng PNP

Manila, Philippines – Ipinag-utos na ni Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Guillermo Eleazar sa Intelligence Group at iba pang concerned units na magsagawa ng extensive background check sa mga kriminal na sangot sa pagnanakaw at pangingidnap.

“I have already directed all the chiefs of police and our Intelligence Group to conduct intense background checks on all wanted persons and other individuals in their respective watchlist who have been involved in robberies of banks, pawnshops and other business establishments and even in kidnapping-for-ransom activities,” saad ni Eleazar.

Kaugnay ang naturang utos sa pagkaaresto sa dalawang suspek sa pagnanakaw sa Chinabank Otis branch.

Sinabi pa ni Eleazar na nakikipag-ugnayan na sila sa Bureau of Corrections upang mapaigting ang pagbabantay sa convicted leaders at miyembro ng kidnapping syndicates at robbery groups. RNT/FGDC
