Halalan 2022 transmission logs, naisumite na sa congressional body

MANILA, Philippines- Makukuha sa Joint Congressional Oversight Committee on the Automated Election System (JCOC-AES) ang transmission logs kaugnay ng May 9 national at local election, ayon sa Commission on Elections ngayong Martes.

Sinabi ni spokesperson John Rex Laudiangco sa mga humihingi ng kopya ng naturang datos ay maaaring i-secure ito sa nasabing komite.

“This is a voluminous document so we cannot just give it to anyone asking for it. It is better if they get it from the JCOC as this has been submitted under oath and are, therefore, considered as official,” pahayag ni Laudiangco sa isang panayam sa radyo .

Sinabi ng opisyal ng poll body na ang mga dokumento ay isinumite sa JCOC na kinakailangan sa ilalim ng batas.

“A request can be made for the Commission en banc to order the further preservation of the data. Interested parties may also go to the Court to seek issuance of precautionary protection order regarding this,” dagdag pa ni Laudiangco.

Inihayag ito ni Laundiangco matapos himukin ni dating Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Secretary Eliseo Rio Jr. ang poll body na magbigay sa kanila ng transmission logs upang maberipika ang kanilang mga obserbasyon ng pagkakaiba o discrepancy.
