COVID-19 country travel health notice kinalos na ng US CDC

AMERIKA – Sinabi ng Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) na tinapos na nito ang COVID-19 country travel health notice dahil sa mas kaunting mga bansa na ang nag-ulat ng sapat na datos para sa mga datos nito sa hawaan ng virus.

Noong Abril, ikinasa ng CDC ang “Do Not Travel” COVID-19 recommendations sa humigit-kumulang 90 internasyonal na destinasyon, kung saan ipinapataw nito ang Level 4 travel health notice sa mga malalalang pangyayari.

Sa ilalim ng level na ito, inaabisuhan ang mga Amerikano, kahit na ang mga kumpletong bakunado, na umiwas na bumyahe sa bansang inilagay dito.

“As fewer countries are testing or reporting COVID-19 cases, CDC’s ability to accurately assess the COVID-19 (travel health notice) levels for most destinations that American travelers visit is limited,” ayon sa US CDC.

Sinabi ng CDC na magpapalabas lang ito ng travel health notice “for a country if a situation, such as a concerning COVID-19 variant, is identified that changes CDC travel recommendations for that country.” RNT
