Testing sites sa online bar exam ipababatid bago mag-Oct. 24

MANILA, Philippines – Ipababatid na sa mahigit 11,000 examinees ng 2020-2021 online bar examinations ang kani-kanilang testing sites bago mag Oktubre 24.

Matatandaan na nitong Oktubre 20 pa sana malalaman ng mga examinees ang kanilang individual testing site ngunit nakaranas ng ilang technical issues ang online application system ng Supreme Court na Bar Personal Login Unified System (BarPLUS).

Ikakasa sa 29 na testing sites ang online bar examination sa buong bansa sa Enero 16, 23 at 30 maging sa Pebrero 6 ng susunod na taon.

Orihinal sanang nakatakda ang online bar examinations sa susunod na buwan ngunit matapos ikunsidera ang naging epekto ng COVID-19 sa buong bansa kung saan matatagpuan ang testing sites ay napagkasunduan itong iurong.

Kabilang rin ng tinukoy sa Bar Bulletin na inilabas ng SC sa pamamagitan ni Associate Justice Marvic M.V.F. Leonen, chairperson ng 2020-2021 bar examinations committee na

“In view of some technical issues in the BarPLUS, the Venue Matching Module shall close on Oct. 24, 2021, Sunday, subject to further extension if the technical issues persist. This supersedes the original Oct. 20, 2021 deadline.”

“We reiterate that venue matching shall not be on a first-come, first-served basis. The system will process all choices simultaneously. Earlier submission of venue choices shall not gain priority over the available slots in the local testing centers. All bar candidates will be given the opportunity to choose their local testing centers within the appropriate period,” ilan pa sa mababasa sa bar bulletin.

Inirerekomenda naman na dumirekta sa Office of the Bar Confidant ang sinumang may katanungan kaugnay ng kanilang local testing centers sa email address na obc.helpdesk.sc@judiciary.gov.ph

Ngayong taon ay lubhang marami ang mga examinees dahil noong nakaraang taon ay napostpone ang bar examinations kung kaya’t naipon ang mga kukuha ng pagsusulit para sa 2020 at 2021. RNT
