Pulis-Bulacan na sangkot sa buy-bust nasibak na noong Hunyo — PNP

Manila, Philippines – Inanunsyo ni Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Guillermo Eleazar na 15 pulis na iniuugnay sa pekeng buy-bust operation sa Bulacan ay nasibak na kasunod ng imbestigasyon.

Maaalalang anim ang nasawi sa naturang insidente.

Iniulat na pitong pulis ang nahaharap sa kasong murder at arbitrary detention charge.

Sinabi ni Eleazar na napag-alaman ng PNP Internal Affairs Service (IAS) na ang walong pulis ay nagpanggap na accomplices at hinatulang guilty sa pagpaplanta ng mga armas at iligal na droga sa mga biktima.

“But all of them were charged with grave offense for the incident in San Jose del Monte City for violations of Section 29, [Republic Act No.] 9165 (planting of illegal drugs) and Section 38, RA [No.] 10591 (planting of firearms),” saad ng PNP.

“The IAS recommendation was reviewed by the Discipline, Law and Order Division of the Directorate for Personnel Records and Management which drafted the decision for approval of the Chief PNP.”

 “Hindi katanggap-tanggap ito at hindi ko kukunsintihin ang mga ganitong uri ng pang-aabuso at kalokohan dahil ang mga katulad nila ang sumisira sa aming kampanya laban sa droga at sa pangalan ng inyong PNP,” punto ni Eleazar. RNT/FGDC
