OCTA ‘di responsible sa pagpapatupad ng lockdowns

Manila, Philippines – Nilinaw na wala sa kamay ng OCTA Research ang pagpapatupad ng lockdown, ayon kay Dr. Ranjit Rye.

“OCTA Research is a private research organization here with the intent very clearly to help, to contribute to the collective response. The decision for lockdowns are really at the local level and the national level. They decide,” saad ni Rye sa congressional hearing.

“We merely recommend. It’s wrong to say that OCTA is responsible for the decision of the government. (The) government has the Department of Health.”

Samantala, sinabi rin ni Rye na sa pagpapatupad ng lockdown, dapat ding ikonsidera ang ekonomiya. RNT/FGDC
