NCR lockdown dinepensahan ni Locsin

Manila, Philippines – Dinepensahan ni Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. ang pagpapatupad ng mahigpit na lockdown.

Aniya, inuuna lamang ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang buhay ng publiko.

“We are again locked up in another enhanced community quarantine. That or we sicken and die,” saad ni Locsin sa video message sa International Humanitarian Law Day.

“The imperative of repeated lockdowns is killing business but no choice. It’s business or our people. And for this President, people always come first,” dagdag pa nito.

Punto pa ni Locsin, matagal na lumalaban ang bansa sa COVID-19.

“We’ve pushed it back and lost the ground we took when we let down our guard and we pushed back again.” RNT/FGDC
